The Office of the Victorian Small Business Commissioner has now been in operation for over six years.

From 1 May 2003 until 10 November 2009:

 - over 6200 matters have been referred to the VSBC
 - the VSBC has maintained a dispute resolution success rate of over 80 per cent  
 - the VSBC has assisted with over 37,000 phonecalls
 - had over 450,000 website contacts
